End of tenancy
what is included in our end of tenancy clean?
up to 8 hours required for an end of tenancy clean
if you have come to the end of your tenancy agreement and
require a thorough spring clean throughout, to ensure the
property is left spotless and ready for new tenants, then this
service is for you.
KITCHEN - Deep cleaning of appliances (oven, hob, fridge,
microwave), wiping cupboards and drawers, inside and
outside, polishing all surfaces and cleaning of floors.
BATHROOMS - Deep cleaning of toilets, sinks, showers and
bathtubs. Removal of limescale and disinfecting. Wet
cleaning/Mopping/Steam Cleaning.
ROOMS - Vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors,
dusting and wiping skirting boards, polishing all
surfaces and disinfecting. Removal of cobwebs and
dust build up in corners and under furniture.
OTHER - internal cleaning of windows, internal and
external cleaning of doors, wiping down handles
and cleaning fixtures.
